This is an offer of $100 through paypal or google wallet to put these pieces together. I don't know if $100 is adequate. That is my offer though. If a reasonable amount is more than that I will figure it out on my own.

The idea is to receive the final file in shotcut format, .mlt. I can tweak it to my liking then and learn a bit too.

The images are all made at 1280 x 720. The .mp4s are not. They need to be changed to that resolution, centered with sidebar colors of 0xEEDD82.
